To download a COScast, you need a password.
This password is sent to you by email a few minutes after you've paid for your selected programme.

If you haven't bought your COScast yet, go to COScasts on the menu on the left.

Once you've got your password, select the Download COScast item you've bought from the menu on the left, then enter the password when requested.

You can then listen you the programme, or download it for future enjoyment.
